BBQ Kale Chips
Ditch the bag of BBQ potato chips and make a batch of flavored kale chips instead. No dehydrator required. Kale is delicious, cheap and so versatile this time of the year!
Ingredients
1 bunch kale, taken off stems and torn into bite size pieces
Olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp chili powder
Pinch garlic powder
Pinch ground mustard powder
Pinch salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 320F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Toss kale in enough olive oil to coat. Combine spices together and massage into kale Lay kale in a single layer on cookie sheet. Bake 20 to 30 minutes. Turn chips after 15 minutes and check every 5 minutes after. Chips can burn very quickly.
