Parent Advisory Council

Welcome to the William A. Fraser Middle School PAC!

The Parent Advisory Council (PAC) is your voice in the Fraser parent community. We work alongside our school administration and staff to support our students, strengthen our school community, and help create an environment where every student can learn, grow, and thrive.

PAC is a great way to stay connected, share ideas, get involved, and help make a positive difference at Fraser. Every parent and guardian is welcome—whether you’re able to attend every meeting or simply want to learn more about what’s happening at the school.

PAC Executive

Our PAC is made up of parent volunteers who work together to support students, families, and the Fraser school community. We currently have several volunteer positions available and would love to welcome new parents to the team!

Whether you have lots of time or just a little, there are many ways to contribute. You don’t need prior PAC experience—just a willingness to get involved and make a difference.

We’re looking for parents and guardians who want to bring their ideas, talents, and enthusiasm to the Fraser PAC. Whether you’re interested in taking on an executive position or simply want to lend a hand when you can, there’s a place for you.

Fundraising

Have you made a donation to the PAC via the School Cash Online system? 100% of donations benefit Fraser Students!

Please consider donating $25.00 per student in your household to help the PAC funds items not eligible to be covered under the Gaming Funds. Items that have been supported in past years have been immunizations snack/juice, the rehydration station at sports day, new books and so much more!

Fundraising at Cobs Bread!

Fundraising is easy! Simply mention your WA Fraser family while purchasing items at our bakery (Gladwin Road Location in Abbotsford). COBS is donating 5% of every purchase to your school.

The transactions will be electronically recorded, and we will know exactly the amount to be donated back to your school. We at COBS Bread are extremely excited about supporting your school and wish W. A. Fraser Middle families every success with this fundraising effort.

Constitution & Bylaws

All Parent Advisory Council meetings are guided by the Fraser Constitution and Bylaws. We encourage all parents to get involved with our Parent Advisory Council and experience how our PAC functions.
