The Food Studies Exploration class offers students a fun and educational opportunity to explore the world of cooking and baking. Throughout the course students will learn essential cooking techniques, food safety practices, and how to prepare a variety of simple and delicious recipes. Along with learning basic knife skills, measuring, following a recipe, and cooking methods students will also be taught the importance of nutrition and healthy eating habits. Beyond cooking skills, students will practice teamwork, creativity, and an appreciation for different cuisines.
