Support Staff Appreciation Day is observed annually on the first Thursday of June to recognize and celebrate the invaluable contributions of support staff across the Abbotsford School District. This day honours the dedication of Educational Assistants, Youth Care Workers, Indigenous Support Workers, International Student Liaisons, Custodians, Administrative Assistants, and all other support staff who play a vital role in supporting students, staff, and school communities.

Support staff make a meaningful difference every day through their commitment, care, and behind‑the‑scenes work that helps our schools thrive. We are grateful for the essential role they play in creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all.
