Volunteering at Fraser

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Fraser Middle School!

As outlined in SD34 Administrative Procedure AP 416 , volunteer forms must be completed at the beginning of each school year. Approved Criminal Record Checks remain valid for five years. 
 
Please complete the following steps: 
  1. Carefully review the Criminal Record Check (CRC) Instructions and complete the process as soon as possible to avoid delays. Processing may take up to six weeks. If you have previously held a valid CRC, please contact the office to verify it's status.
     
  2. Complete forms AP 416-1 Fraser Middle Letter of Understanding, AP 416-2 Volunteer Application & AP 416-4 Confidentiality Understanding (Parent Volunteers & Non-employees) included in the WAFM Volunteer Package.
     
  3. ONLY if your volunteer role requires the use of your personal vehicle, please also complete the AP 308-2 Volunteer Driver Application and submit all required supporting documentation with your application.
