Volunteering at Fraser
Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Fraser Middle School!
All volunteers working in our school are required to complete a volunteer application form and complete a Criminal Records Check through the school district.

Please carefully review the attached Criminal Record Check (CRC) Instructions and complete the process as soon as possible to avoid delays. A valid CRC is required before volunteering can begin. Processing may take up to six weeks. Applicants will be notified directly by the district once their CRC has been processed.

Complete following fillable forms included in the WAFM Volunteer Package:

ONLY if your volunteer role requires the use of your personal vehicle, please also complete the AP 308-2 Volunteer Driver Application and submit all required supporting documentation with your application.
As outlined in SD34 Administrative Procedure AP 416 , volunteer forms must be completed at the beginning of each school year. Approved Criminal Record Checks remain valid for five years. If you have any questions or would like to inquire about the status of your application, please reply to this email or speak to your student's teacher if they have requested you to complete this process.
Completed forms may be submitted to the school office. Printed volunteer packages are also available in the office. All volunteer documentation is kept on file at the school.
